Computer Issues

Ack, Ok heres the deal. My hard drive broke, so I had to buy a new one. So she put it in, and since DELL doesn't include the stupid windows xp disk, I had to call them to get a new one....SO it's suposed to arrive on tuesday but who knows. Go figure! Liking this new CSS thing they got going on. Tried to make my own, but failed so I went browsing and found this one. You can find it [link] at that link! So pretty...always loved the city lights!
